Assured Ascot Quays Apartment Hotel offers full conference and function facilities, looking across the magnificent Swan River to the Perth city skyline. Located six kilometres from the Central Business District, we offer 68 41/2 star serviced, one, two and three bedroom apartments. Assured Ascot Quays Apartment Hotel is close to the domestic airport and to the Tonkin Highway entry to the Perth International Airport .
We have a conference facility with seated capacity of 120 people, as well as a restaurant and bar and ample areas for poolside events. Accommodation is stylish and spacious, providing fully equipped apartments with all business requirements. Our dedicated events team will be able to assist you from the day you book until the time when you are our guest at Assured Ascot Quays Apartment Hotel.
