Three years later Assured Margarets Forest was born, with Assured deciding to place this stylish retreat where the forest meets the heart of the town. A category winner in the Western Australian Tourism Awards, Assured Margarets Forest was recognised for having the highest standards of planning in the development of a tourist project.
The latest addition to this considerable stable is Assured Ascot Quays Apartment Hotel, nestled on the banks of the Swan River with each luxury apartment boasting City views.
